 Appointment
We will begin seeing patients at our new clinic on Monday, March 3, 2008. We will have our office staffed and will be taking appointments in mid-February. If you wish to make an appointment at our new clinic prior to mid-February please call and leave a message with your first and last name, your date of birth, your sex, your city of residence, and the telephone number where you wish to be reached. We will contact you within twenty-four hours to take your appointment.
We are still seeing patients at Sulpher Springs Medical Center (SSMC) and Sunsites Medical Center (SMC) and will continue to see our patient at those locations until mid-February. If you wish to be seen prior to March 3, 2008, please make your appointment through SSMC or SMC.
We are very pleased to announce that very soon, from this internet page, our patients will be able to register as new patients, complete all new patient paperwork, request appointments, request copies of their medical record, review their lab results, and communicate directly in a secure manner with our office staff and medical providers.
